About Charles Waibel
Charles has called Austin, Texas his home since 1996. He was born and raised in Lake Jackson, Texas by
his parents along with his two sisters and brother. While growing up he played multiple sports including
football, basketball, and baseball. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from
Texas State University and has a combined 20+ years of consumer and corporate sales and marketing
experience.
Fun fact is that Charles lived in Dalton, Georgia, which is known as “The Carpet Capitol of the World”.
While in Dalton, he gained valuable experience in the carpet and flooring industry.
His passion for real estate began initially with real estate investing including custom and spec
construction and hard money lending in the Austin and the DFW areas. Charles is always excited to bring
his wealth of professional knowledge and success in sales, marketing, and negotiation to deliver the best
results for his clients. He specializes in representing buyers/sellers of existing properties, new home
purchases, first-time home buyers, and those looking to real estate as an investment vehicle.
In his free time, he enjoys coaching his sons in sports, helping with their school work, and hanging out
with family and friends. His family consists of his wife, Leslie, and his two sons, Cade and Craig.
