Jane is absolutely amazing! We loved how responsive she was; always getting back to us RIGHT away. I don’t think there was ever a time it took her longer than a minute to respond (which is super important when purchasing a home in such a hot market like Austin). When she sent us a link to our now home, we knew right away we wanted/needed to jump on it. She was incredible at working with the sellers/agent and around/with our schedule to make sure we could see it ASAP. After one day on the market we were one of five offers ~ talk about nerve-wrecking! But our offer was accepted (woohoo!) thanks largely in part to Jane’s help. And when my husband and I had a moment of financial panic, Jane was quick to get us the answers we needed so we could consider all our options. She helped us make the best decision we could have made and we are SO glad we had her to talk/walk us through everything. The buying process was so simple thanks to her and we love, love, LOVE our new home! With all the moving parts, I honestly don’t think we would have been able to get this house without her.
