I am very pleased that I had the chance to work with Char, I truly think that if it wasn’t for her this deal would have fell off. First I was outbid for the house and with her help I won the bid. Then the loan process took too long with one of the major banks and it was her working tirelessly with the loan manager and the title company to help get it done. I look forward to work with Char in the future and strongly recommend her for others.
